📖 “You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you.” (John 15:16)

God loved us and chose us with a purpose: to bear eternal fruit. Even if you think your life has no meaning, Jesus chose you for something that will transcend. Reflect on what you have done and what fruits you have borne for God.

According to John 15, Jesus is the vine and we are the branches. When we remain in Him, we bear fruit: love, peace, joy, and self-control (Galatians 5:22–23). This inner fruit also leads us to win souls for Christ. Be a faithful co-worker in the work of salvation.

Bear fruit today:

  • Believe that God chose you to live a life with a sense of mission.

  • Pray to the Lord and ask Him to use you. Prayer is extremely effective in the life of a disciple of Jesus Christ.

  • Seek guidance in the Bible on how to daily produce the fruit of the Holy Spirit.

  • God equips those He has chosen. Stay connected to Christ and He will teach you all things.

  • Pray constantly for the salvation of family, friends, and acquaintances.

  • Take advantage of every opportunity to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with others.

Prayer: Lord, thank You for choosing me for such a special purpose. I want to cooperate with You in the work You have done and continue to do in the hearts around me. Help me to produce lasting fruit, fruit that pleases You. May I fulfill the purpose for which You chose me. Teach me to manifest the gifts the Holy Spirit has worked in me, and use me to win souls for Your Kingdom. In Jesus’ name, amen. 🙏
