Do You Know the Voice of The Lord?

📖 “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me; and I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand.” (John 10:27-28)

Sheep know the voice of their shepherd and follow his instructions calmly and confidently. If the shepherd guides them to the right, they go to the right. If he leads them to the left, they go to the left. Why? Because they know their shepherd’s voice well, they trust him, and they know he will lead them on the right path.

Do you know the voice of the Lord? Do you trust that He knows what is best for you? Do you spend time in silence before God, asking Him to speak to you and show you His will for your life?

📖 “I am the good shepherd, and I know My own and My own know Me, just as the Father knows Me and I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep.” (John 10:14-15)

Spend time with the Lord, your Good Shepherd. Learn to discern His voice and begin to live each day under His direction and purpose.

To pray: Lord, help me recognize Your voice in the middle of so much noise and distraction. I want to learn to trust Your direction more and my own thoughts less. Speak to my heart and guide me on the right path. May I never drift away from Your hand, and may I walk closer to You each day. Amen. 🙏
