Right or Wrong

đź“– The Law and the Prophets were proclaimed until John. Since then, the good news of the kingdom of God is being preached, and everyone is forcing their way into it. It is easier for heaven and earth to disappear than for the smallest stroke of a pen to drop out of the Law. (Luke 16:16-17)
There is what is right and what is wrong, but we live in times where this is constantly questioned. People try to find mental excuses to continue in their sins, offenses, and crimes as if they were not truly serious.
Unfortunately for those who do this, Jesus warned that no matter how hard they tried, God’s law would never give way. In fact, it would be easier for the earth to disappear than for God to give up what is right.
Do not keep looking for excuses or “forcing the situation” to sin, pretending that what is wrong is right. Jesus not only exposed this, but He also opened the way for us to be forgiven for it. Repent and believe in Christ, and all your evil deeds will be forgiven.
Do not force the situation:
Pray and meditate; ask God in which areas of your life you are becoming careless.
Read James 2:10-11.
Read, meditate, and rejoice in God’s mercy.
To pray: God, my Lord, forgive me for not taking Your commandments seriously. I understand that I do not enter the kingdom of heaven by my own merits or by force, but only through faith in the work of Jesus Christ. I ask that Your Holy Spirit enable me to believe in You. Thank You because my entrance into heaven is guaranteed by Your grace and mercy. In Jesus’ name, amen. 🙏
