Live joyfully

"Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!" (Philippians 4:4)

God’s people are, or should be, the happiest people on earth! Not because life with Jesus is a bed of roses or because everything always works out perfectly, but because Jesus Christ is our joy, the source of hope and peace. He is the reason for our existence. We also have the assurance that He cares for us and loves us unconditionally.

For all these reasons, we have more than enough to be joyful.

Don’t let yourself be negatively influenced. Your joy should not depend on problems or difficulties. Everything Jesus has already done is enough to inspire our sense of humor every day. Christ gave Himself out of love, allowing us to live a new life filled with hope and joy.

Rejoice in God

- Every morning, remember what Jesus has done in your life. He loves you with an everlasting love!

- Give thanks for salvation, forgiveness, transformation, and the deliverance that God has brought into your life.

- Read the Bible and fill your heart with true satisfaction through God’s Word.

- Praise, sing, and worship the Lord! Celebrate the abundant grace brought by Christ.

- Influence everyone around you with the true joy of the Spirit.

Prayer: Lord God, You are the reason for my joy! Even in sad days, my heart will rejoice in the wonderful salvation Christ has won for me. Help me not to become bitter or discontent like those who don’t know You. Equip me to be a light, radiating peace, love, and true joy. Your joy strengthens me, today and always! In Jesus' name, amen.
